The Lifetime Warranty applies exclusively to:
Buzkash Leather Jackets
Buzkash Leather Bags & Backpacks
Other products, including footwear, are covered under a separate limited warranty.
What the Lifetime Warranty Covers
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use for the lifetime of the product.
Repair or Replacement Policy
If a covered product is found to have a qualifying defect:
Buzkash will repair the item or replace it, at our sole discretion
The decision will depend on the nature of the issue, product condition, and feasibility of repair
No cash refunds, credits, or payment reimbursements will be issued under any circumstance
If the original product is no longer available, a comparable item of equal value may be provided.
What Is Not Covered
The Lifetime Warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear over time
Natural leather variations in grain, texture, or color
Cosmetic changes such as scratches, scuffs, patina, or fading
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, improper storage, or lack of care
Water, heat, chemical, or environmental damage
Unauthorized alterations or third-party repairs
These characteristics are considered part of the natural aging process of genuine leather.
Shipping & Handling
Shipping costs related to warranty claims may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise determined by Buzkash.
