Buzkashi
Buzkash takes us back to the lands of the ancient tribes and glorious warriors, where valour, dignity, tradition and pride go hand in hand. It takes us back to the lands of brave horsemen, skilled craftsmen and elevated experiences. The land where an equestrian and his steed are one-soul, where a craftsman and his chisel are a singular thought.
At Buzkash we take inspiration from the popular Central Asian sport called Buzkashi, where fine horsemen brawl in a game of remarkable skill, raw strength and extreme endurance. Our products exude the same attributes both in form and spirit. We strive to bring a renaissance of experiences to our customers through our intricately handcrafted leather products that display magnificence and brilliance.
Singularity
The Whirling Dervish represents singularity which is the philosophy behind our craftsmanship. Our constant pursuit of perfection is a repetitive revolving infinite spiral until the craftsman is in complete harmony with his instruments producing the finest of products that becomes a part of you the moment you wear it. The Whirling Dervish exhibits beauty without vanity, nobility without conceit and control without compromise. This in essence are the core aesthetics that we follow while engineering our products to bring you an elevated experience – an experience like no other.
The Philosophy
Buzkash
A small team of designers and innovators came together in the fall of 2019 with the common objective of reviving the old classical art of preserving and stitching leather in its beautiful natural form. They went from town to town until they came across a small syndicate of elderly craftsmen who practiced the nomadic art of leather tanning and hand stitching. Allured by the intricacy of their artisans, the team resolved to introduce the world to the instilled elevated experience and thus Buzkash was born.

Behind Every Buzkash, There Is:
PRISTINE QUALITY MATERIAL
Our products are made from only the finest selection of top-grain leather. The leather used for each product is from a single piece of (cow/buffalo/calf) hide to ensure uniformity of grain. In most cases, the leather that is used to build our products is vegetable tanned while in some instances we have sourced chrome tanned leather because of design requirements. We use top of the line liquid and cream dyes while hand-staining our products for a more uniform appearance. Each product is also water treated using supreme quality finishing waxes.
FINE CRAFTSMANSHIP
For a good part of our Journey we searched continents for the most gifted of craftsmen that practiced the sturdiest of hand construction methods to deliver products in their most natural form. We found phenomenal partners in remote pockets of Northern and Central Asia, where centuries-old craftsmanship has remained an unexplored secret. Each product is designed by our talented team of designers on both classical and modern attributes and brought to life by the magical hands of the magnificent craftsmen that work from dawn till dusk on the finest details of the products to bring you the most unique experience in classic apparel.
