Buzkash Shipping Policy

At Buzkash, we ensure every leather piece is carefully prepared and delivered with the same attention to detail with which it is crafted.

Order Processing

  • Ready-to-ship items are processed within 2–4 working days after order confirmation

  • Custom-designed products require 14–21 working days for production before dispatch

  • Orders are shipped only after full payment is received

Shipping Coverage

We offer shipping both domestically and internationally. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs clearance.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Domestic deliveries: 3–7 working days after dispatch

  • International deliveries: 7–14 working days after dispatch

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs inspections, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • For returns or warranty claims, shipping costs apply as outlined in our Return & Warranty Policies

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery Responsibility

  • Buzkash is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address details

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at sales@buzkash.com so we may assist you with the courier.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please notify us immediately and provide clear photos of the package and contents so we can investigate and support you accordingly.

Force Majeure

Buzkash is not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
