Buzkash Custom Design Policy

At Buzkash, our custom designs are an expression of individuality and refined craftsmanship. Each bespoke leather piece is handcrafted with precision and created exclusively for you.

Custom Order Definition

A custom design refers to any product that is:

  • Made to order

  • Personalized in size, color, leather type, hardware, or detailing

  • Modified from an existing Buzkash design at the customer’s request

Production Timeline

  • Custom orders require 14–21 working days for production

  • Timelines may vary depending on design complexity and material availability

  • Production begins once payment is received and design details are finalized

Order Confirmation & Payment

  • Full payment is required in advance before production begins

  • Once confirmed, design specifications cannot be changed or canceled

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable

Due to the bespoke nature of custom designs:

  • All custom orders are final

  • Custom products are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable

  • No monetary refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstance

Craftsmanship & Natural Variations

Genuine leather naturally features variations in grain, texture, and color. These unique characteristics are a hallmark of authenticity and are not considered defects.

Custom Design Warranty

Custom products are covered under the Buzkash Warranty Policy for manufacturing defects only.

  • Warranty solutions are limited to repair or replacement, at Buzkash’s discretion

  • No cash refunds apply, even in warranty cases

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate measurements and design approvals

  • Reviewing and confirming all specifications prior to production

Buzkash is not liable for issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping timelines are separate from production timelines

  • Shipping costs apply as outlined in our Shipping Policy

Agreement

By placing a custom design order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.
